When portraits meet portraits

She is in the beginning of her studies, but oh wow she is super talented. Seela has been drawing since young age and her skills can only sharpen. We did a small and quite intimate photoshoot in her favourite place, by the lake, at her home in Finland. Just simply beautiful place.
It made perfect sense to have her work show in the photos - hence portraits meet portraits. Here we will see a small glimpse into her drawing diary.
She started her university degree in architecture, so of course she has designed the pier on the lake. Her favourite swimming place. No matter if it rains or shines, water calls her.
We discussed (meaning I tried my best for her to forget her camera shyness) all sorts of things and ideas that she has on her mind. Not just for these photos, but for her near future in life.
I was so inspired by her calmness, mature attitude and self belief evenif she is shy. She really is an artist.
Nature has a way to inspire, calm the mind - especially when studying is hectic.
It was beyond delight to capture these natural and visual story telling portraits of her.
